Reading Group: "Double Your Profits" (Bob Fifer)

During the months of May to November 2022, eleven Dynamics professionals met every two weeks to discuss the lessons learned while reading the book "Double Your Profits" by Bob Fifer. Considered the bedside book of Marcel Telles (Founder of AMBEV), this work brings relevant teachings on topics such as Cost Reduction, Purchasing Management, Commercial Development, among other subjects.

As reported by William Kuquertt, mediator of the last meeting, the issues took us out of our comfort zone as some topics are not part of our professional routines. However, they bring important lessons, as they replicate the look of a professional (Bob Fifer) who helped several Fortune 500 companies to become bigger and better in their respective segments.
