Lean Production System Audit

On the 29th and 30th of May, the first audit called “Lean Assessments” by the AGCO Group took place at Dynamics' premises.
This tool makes it possible to identify opportunities for improvement in production processes through the application of lean production system practices. For two days, Mr. Jose Alexandre Nunes (Continuous Improvement – AGCO) can share benchmarking company practices, as well as guide Dynamics managers to maximize results through dedicated work with operators and preparers at GEMBA, a Japanese word that can be translated as “place where things happen ” which in our case is manufacturing.
Mr. Joatan de Lima (Continuous Improvement Coordinator – Dynamics) highlighted the importance of this event and shared with other managers how the continuous effort to maintain tools such as OEE, Standard Operation, Preset, SMED, TPM, among others, is a crucial factor for growth sustainability from Dynamics.
